Dr. Diane Groff, Ed.D, CTRS/TRS

Diane has 16 years of experience as a professor of Recreation Administration and Recreation Therapy. During her career she has worked in a variety of capacities including: Outdoor Coordinator for Parks and Recreation, Whitewater Raft Guide and Canoe Instructor, Recreational Therapist, and co-owner of the Outdoor Institute. She has worked with animals while leading outdoor interpretive programs where she educated youth and adults regarding snakes and birds of prey. She has also worked with an animal assisted therapy program that utilized dogs to help patients with spinal cord injuries achieve treatment goals. She will utilize her experience in research to fully analyze the products purchased and although she does not have any formal training, she has a passion for baking and cooking and will use her love of cooking to bake healthy treats your pets will love.

LeAnn Hinson, R.N., MSN

LeAnn is a registered nurse with 30+ years of experience in the health care industry that includes front line care of patients as well as management, both departmental and senior team leadership. Her clinical background makes her uniquely qualified to understand and educate customers regarding the specific nutritional health care needs of their pets. Indeed, part of her competency training within the Air Medical Transport field included canine practicums because of the similar anatomy and physiology shared with humans. Her past work experiences uniquely positions her to assist our customers, in consultation with your pet care provider when appropriate, in making potential decisions regarding the specific nutritional health care needs of their animal(s).
